How can I cancel my order after placing it?

Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and with tags attached. Customized items are non-returnable unless defective.
How long does a refund take?
After we receive your returned item, processing takes 7-21 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method; the time it takes to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider.
